For 40 years, Joe Murphy, CCEP, has been a tireless champion of compliance and ethics in organizations and has done compliance work on six continents. Joe has published over 100 articles and given over 200 presentations in 17 countries. Joe is author of 501 Ideas for Your Compliance & Ethics Program and A Compliance & Ethics Program on a Dollar a Day. He is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional and a member of the board of the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics. Joe was named one of The National Law Journal’s 50 Governance, Risk and Compliance Trailblazers and Pioneers 2014 and was a recipient of the SCCE Compliance and Ethics Award.

Emmanuel is the Greater China Leader of EY’s Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services (FIDS) and has over 20 years of experience in fraud investigations, anti-bribery/anti-corruption reviews, transactions forensics and litigation support, including 17 years in Hong Kong and Shanghai. With a forensic accounting background, he has led numerous investigations in China in response to allegations of corrupt payments disguised as legitimate business expenses or third party payments. Mr Glenn Seah is Head of Legal, Compliance and Corporate Secretariat at the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX), an integrated securities and derivatives exchange, clearing house and depository for Asian financial products. He is responsible for advising on legal matters, driving compliance and managing regulatory relationships on a global basis. Mr Seah joined SGX from Standard Chartered Bank, where he was Regional Head, Wholesale Bank Compliance in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Carmen Chu is responsible for the supervision and development of business conduct of authorized institutions, licensing matters, and oversight of financial market infrastructures. She joined the HKMA in 1994 as a Manager Trainee, and has taken up different responsibilities in the HKMA, including research and monetary operations. She was seconded to the World Bank Office in Beijing from 1998 to 1999. Ken Dai earned his LLB and LLM from the China University of Political Science and Law, and the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom, respectively. Currently, Dai is Vice Chair of the Competition & Antitrust Committee of Shanghai Bar Association, and Executive Council Member of the Competition Committee under the Shanghai Law Society. Dai specializes in antitrust investigation, antitrust compliance, merger filings and private antitrust litigation. He is one of the first lawyers to practice antitrust law in China. He has advised multinational companies on establishing antitrust law manuals and compliance programs, and on the application of the PRC anti-monopoly law and enforcement policies in relation to distribution practices in China.
